Thousands of cycling enthusiasts (and Oktoberfest fans) will descend upon the Amana Colonies to join us at the Jingle Cross Gravel Cycling Festival featuring the Jingle GX Gravel World Series. The world’s largest cyclocross festival now brings you a new weekend of gravel. We invite you to join our cycling and fitness expo this August 5-7, 2022.
Please make your expo reservation here. Limited space remains. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. Deposits are 50% refundable up until July 1, 2022 and non-refundable after July 1st. In the case of a Force Majeure or Jingle Cross is cancelled for any reason, all deposits will be 100% refunded regardless when the cancellation occurs. Jingle Cross, Inc is a 501 (c)3 non-profit corporation. Proceeds from Jingle Cross are donated to local children’s charities.

Expo Load-In
Expo Set-Up is from 9 am until 4:30 PM on Friday, August 5th. Please let us know if you are shipping items for your expo tent to the Jingle GX weekend. If items are coming by UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, or DHL please ship to the Amana Visitors Center. Freight items will go directly to the Festhalle Amana. If items are coming by freight, you must inform us of the exact time and date of delivery. The Amana Festhalle does not have a loading dock; you may need your carrier to provide a lift gate.
Expo Strike
The expo will close at 3:30 PM on Sunday August 7th. Tear down is from 3:30 PM until 6 PM on Sunday, August 7th. All items must be removed by 6 PM. Any items requiring shipping back to you via freight or standard carriers must be arranged by you and shipping times and the carriers used must be communicated directly to us via email.
